Waiver Policy

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to adhere to the policies below. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service possible to all our clients.

Arrival Time

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled lashing appointment. This ensures we have enough time to prepare for your service and start promptly. Arriving late may result in a shortened service time or rescheduling. In the event your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service.

Appointment Changes

Any changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Changes made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Confirmations must be made until 8pm PST or your appointment will be cancelled. *Please note that any appointments booked within 24hrs of the scheduled time will be automatically confirmed. If you do not show up for your confirmed appointment, a service charge will apply.

Cancellation or NO SHOW Policy 

We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel your appointment. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will be charged the full service fee. This policy ensures that our time is respected and that we can offer appointments to other clients.

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee (touch-ups) and/or forfeit your deposit. This policy is in place to compensate our lash artists for their time and to maintain the efficiency of our scheduling.

Foreign Fill (Other Artists Work)

If you are coming in for a fill from another lash artist's work, please be aware that we may need to perform a full removal and apply a new set. This is due to variations in training and techniques, and to ensure that we maintain the highest quality of service and lash health. Our priority is to provide you with the best results possible.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure every client is satisfied with our services and products. However, due to the nature of our work and products, we have the following refund policy in place:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your service, you have 72 hours from the time of your appointment to contact us with your concerns. There may be a complementary 30-minute QUICK-FIX appointment given with your original lash technician.  However, quick-fix appointments are not offered if you were late to your original appointment. We will work with you to address and resolve any issues, ensuring that you are happy with your experience.

We do not offer refunds for any products or services once they have been purchased or rendered. This policy helps maintain the high quality and safety standards of our studio.
